Free Basic Diagnostics

With our free basic diagnostic service, we’ll go over your computer issues with you to identify them. A basic diagnostic will usually determine computer problems. We’ll offer our advanced diagnostic service if a basic diagnosis isn’t enough to figure out what’s wrong with your computer. We only provide free basic diagnostic services at our store

Advanced Diagnostics

Advanced Diagnostics Advanced computer issues require more time looking at software, testing components, or disassembling your computer. These issues require additional time to identify and provide a solution. Advanced Desktop/Laptop Diagnostics: $55

On-Site Diagnostics

If you need us to come to you for assistance in diagnosing your computer problems, feel free to call our shop to schedule a service appointment. When you call to schedule an appointment, we can discuss your computer problems and give you a cost. Contact us at (07) 3711 5377. Only a few of the repairs we perform are more complex and require a different rate. Based on the time, effort, and skill required to complete the repair. As a result, we can provide you with a more precise estimate. Another thing to consider is that a deposit may be required in advance for some jobs. These tasks include those requiring expensive parts or requiring you to keep your computer until an ordered part is delivered. We’ll be upfront about all costs.
